This journal started off as an attempt to have my own cool comics blog. It failed, due to the fact that I'm completely lazy, and therefore not inclined to do anything on a schedule. So, after spending far too much time reading Edallia's livejournal (found at edallia, kiddies. She's funnier than me, go read it), I figured I could be funny as well, and since I have 5 day weekends and too much time, I revamped this entire thing. Now, it's me and my opinionated self.

WHAT, ME CRAZY?
I've never made any particular claim as to being humourous. Neither have I made claim to being eloquent. Strangely enough, I am occasionally both. One thing I don't do is care about who reads this. If no-one does, well, I'll probably get bored, and cease to do it. Even if five hundred people read this, I may possibly get bored, and not update for years.

I'll try not to do that, but I make no promises.

Other things include:
I know famous people. One of these days I will be a famous person. The chair-leg of Truth has told me so. It Does Not Lie.
At various points in my life, I have wanted to be Hunter S. Thompson, Spider Jerusalem, Dream, a martial artist, and a merangue. I am none of the above despite what I may claim at any given time.

I have stated that when I meet Warren Ellis, I will drop to my knees and fellate him for everything he's ever written. I don't know how he feels about this, but you can ask him if you like.

I have pretentious-wanker-cred, in that I supposedly manage an online art studio.

I'm flamboyantly bi-sexual, occasionally camper than a mobile home, but not nearly as camp as a row of tents. I'm also a lefty, and a pagan-in-theory. I sort of make up my own beliefs as I go along.

DRAMATIS PERSONAE

Pinky, Ex-Waiter Extraordinaire - A Gemini. Easily bored, but also easily entertained, Pinky has too much time on his hands now that he is an IT Monkey, and not a waiter. This lead to a shockingly bad idea, from which this journal originates. Pinky occasionally thinks he's funny, enjoys bitching, ranting, reading, smoking, writing, and strange happenings. He used to date Mother Nature, but is now slightly afraid of her. He believes that technology is inherently stupid, but that's what makes it funny.
He declared himself Emperor of the United States of America on the 1st of February, 2006, on the grounds that he was better suited to it than any damn politician.

Pinkyhulk, Big, Green and Ragefilled Pinkyhulk is the angry alterego of Pinky. He tends to rage loudly about puny things, and occasionally smash them. Or at least smash his keyboard in frustration.

jilavre and futurelegend, The Filthy Assistants - Pinky's partners in crime, and general causers of mischief. They specialise in wacky adventures of their own, but tend to play major roles in Pinky's own mischief.

The Other Journal - The journal that Pinky posts other things in. Things that have no relevance here.

El Bastardo - Pinky's computer, which is frequently a pain in his ass. And not in the good way. Will often talk at him, and is rarely polite about it.

Tiff, The Baby Sister - Pinky's step-sister, who is 6 years younger than he is, and probably has better taste in music. She has a livejournal somewhere, but Pinky doesn't want to know.

Mother Nature, Gaia - The fickle bitch that rules the world. Received a letter after the destruction caused by her little friend Katrina. Pinky has a love-hate relationship that has so far culminated in a restraining order.

Earth, The World That place outside Pinky's window that involves leaving the house. Pinky does not get along with Earth, or it's inhabitants.

The Vices, Cigarettes and Caffeine - The two things Pinky cannot live without.
